Our Facilities
Set against the beauty of the Assiniboine Valley, Circle Square Ranch takes you back to the charming Old West, with all the comforts of modern day living.  Offering a wide variety of affordable rental activities for schools, churches, families and community groups.  Seasonal bookings are available from September through June.  Come out and make memories..

Western Town Facility
Our mock western town has the following options to offer for your group:

  • Town Hall
    A cozy, carpeted, western style DINING ROOM complete with a fireplace takes up the main floor of the Town Hall. (Capacity 120)
  • Bunk Rooms are located on the second level with two sleeping quarters that house 13-15 people each. The rooms are divided into 3 sleeping sections and have washrooms and showers.
  • Boarding House Guest rooms
    2 smaller lovely guest rooms sleeping 2-4 each with private bathrooms c/w bathtub
  • CSR Motel
    6 motel rooms sleeping 4-8 each with private bathrooms c/w bathtub, plus 1 private guest room with double bed and en suite washroom/shower (perfect for guest speaker)
  • Guest Lounge
    For the comfort of our guest’s leisure times this is a cozy, carpeted lounge area furnished with electric fireplace and small kitchenette. Located at the entrance of motel building.
  • Homestead General Store
    Authentic “Old West” gift shop and canteen with souvenirs, chips, ice cream treats, candy, pop, juice, bars, etc.
  • Conference Room
    Carpeted, large scenic windows and private washroom.  Perfect for business meetings!  (Capacity 45)
  • Doc Ross’s Quarters
    This charming room set away from the other sleeping areas includes two guestrooms, two single beds at entrance and an attractive 3-piece bathroom. (Capacity: 6 singles or 3 couples)
  • RJ Auditorium
    Large carpeted meeting area in lower level with piano, sound system, and overhead projector. Complete with washrooms, coat rack and table games (pool table, air hockey and table tennis). A movie projector is available upon request for an additional fee. (seating capacity 150)
  • Covered Wagons
    Seasonal use. Capture the spirit of the “Old West” by staying in one of 14 wagons each sleeping up to 8. Complete with bunk beds, electric heat, lights, screen doors and windows
  • Outdoor Washrooms
    Seasonal use. Two very modern outdoor washroom facilities (Boys and Girls). Spacious inside area with sinks and stalls, complete with outside locking private shower rooms.

TeePee Village
The “Teepee Village” campsite is located nearby on 80 beautiful acres of rolling meadows, a natural setting with separate sleeping teepees for the little braves and maidens. You'll find:

  • Washroom / Shower Teepees with modern facilities
  • Dining Hall
    An impressive 54’ tall dining / activity teepee.
  • A unique program & setting geared to the younger child
    Horses, swimming, hikes, biking, arts & crafts, archery, campfires, & outdoor games fill the days, creating life-long memories.

Main Ground Facility
 Because of the size of our property, we are able to offer a variety of activities for you to consider:

  • Heated Outdoor Pool (new) - Seasonal use (June 1-September 1). Size: 30’ x 60’ - Depth 3’ - 5’
  • Outdoor Amphitheater - Seats 150 with stage, fire pit and lighting. Surrounded by wooded area but only a short walk up the path from the main buildings.
  • Basketball court
  • 50’ x 100’ Pole Barn
  • Over 40 Horses
  • Indoor auditorium for rainy day activities
  • 30’ climbing wall (3 sided climbing surface)
