Western Town Facility
(available for rent September - June)
Our Western Town overlooks the rugged and colourful Paintearth coulees, which provide a unique setting for many of our program activities. Hidden behind the old west exterior is an all-in-one complex, housing year round facilities.

• Bunkhouses - Each are carpeted and individually heated. Maximum capacity: 70 Female Persons and 56 Male Persons.
  **Guests bring own bedding & towels.
• Guest Rooms - Fully furnished including bedding and towels; double or single beds, available for speakers, leaders, or special guests of the group. Max.of 2 available with each retreat. Others are available for an additional fee.  See details under Western Town Weekend Retreat.
  ** Extra space available in Recreation Building to increase your total capacity so that you could accommodate 150 people.
• Dining Room - Fireplace at Front. Fully Carpeted.
• General Store - Purchase treats or Circle Square Ranch souvenirs.
• Games Room - ping pong, air hockey, fooseball, pool table, shuffleboard
• Campfire Teepee - fire pit, wooden benches, lights, a sheltered cover from the weather
  

TeePee Village Facility
(Available for rent June and September only)
Our Teepee Village is just a five minute walk from our Western Town & Recreation Buildings.  It has its own kitchen, accommodations & younger-child-centered activities.

• Accommodations - 8 Teepees (heated floors and power) and 2 covered wagons; Maximum capacity: up to 72 people.
  **Guests bring their own bedding and towels.
• Washroom Facilities - equipped with showers
• Dining Facility - Dining Facility - maximum seating of 72 people
• Kitchen - 4 burner gas stoves, grill & 2 ovens, convection oven, fridge, freezer, cooking pots and utensils, dishes and cutlery
• Trampoline - spring free with safety net
• Campfire Pits - one located outside in middle of Village, other inside Campfire Teepee located in trees behind Village
• Playing Field & Playground

Recreation Building

• Gym - indoor climbing wall, lots of room for basketball, floor hockey or other indoor sports
• Washrooms - including showers and wheel chair accessible facilities
• Conference Room - seats 20-40 people
• Bunkhouses - 2 upstairs rooms with adjoining bathrooms, sleeps 6 each
                      - 1 main floor bunkhouse, sleeps 14 or more
