Welcome to Inter-Varsity's Circle Square Ranch

Each year hundreds of young adults work at Circle Square Ranch in a wide variety of positions. These dedicated young people are the most valuable resource that we have. The positions available vary greatly but the same commitment and hard work is necessary in all.

We are looking for energetic young people with a heart after God. Young people that are willing to give of their time and energy to be a model and mentor to the many campers that come.

Each ranch has a required staff training session prior to camp to teach the necessary skills for each position.

Most of the positions are on a volunteer basis, but each ranch has a limited number of paid positions available. Also, ask about our Summer Mission's program and how you can help raise funds to provide grants for your efforts at the ranch. Circle Square Ranch staff must be at least 16 years of age. Many of our ranches provide an intensive leadership training course for 15 and 16 year old young people.
